Marty became a licensed Realtor in 2002, coming from the banking industry where he worked on Bay St. in Information Technology. He received his Brokers license in 2006 where he switched into a management position. Marty has managed over 11 offices to date, with his prime focus in Recruiting and Retention and agent development. He continues to provide daily advice on sales procedures as well as encouragement for RE/MAX Twin City agents. Marty has many interests including technology, reading/writing, politics, and music.
